As some of us may still be on lockdown due to COVID-19 Pandemic, I have a question for you, "What have you gained while in quarantine"? And no I'm not speaking of gaining weight.
As for myself, I have been in deep thought about the desires of my heart, I'm speaking of the tasks I still have inside of me that I must do, there are places that I will travel to , you see I don't call it my bucket list, because if I were to have a bucket list, what is placed deep inside my heart and soul would over flow it, I simply speak it out to the universe what I plan on doing and do it.
I have received many emails from individuals who have been diagnosed with a chronic illness, and the majority of the emails always ask the same question "How do you stay so positive, with everything going on with your health"? My reply has always been the same, It's mind over matter, no one ever stated that life was easy, we all go through situations, and we all handle situations differently. But just because you have been given the diagnosis of a chronic illness, does not mean that your life is over. You are just in a new phase which means that you must recreate yourself over again. So I will ask you once again "What have you gained during the quarantine"?
Are you coming out a better you?
Did you leave old habits behind?
Did you start a new business to bring in extra money in?
Did you start a new health regime ?
Did you quit an old habit?
Did you leave the negative people behind?
