
Self-care is an important component of all-around wellness when you have a chronic illness. Individuals with chronic illness do what that have to do just to get through the day.
Living with a chronic illness is no joke, it can become difficult at times to prioritize ourselves, we are dealing with health issues, family issues, spouse issues and yes the day to day life stressors.
But the question is when do we take time for self care?
Do you set boundaries? Do you Pace yourself, Do you plan ahead? There are many other components of self-care with chronic illness. What’s important is that you prioritize self-care. Self-care might even look different to you than it does to other people. Find what makes you feel better — that’s all that matters!
